"Jefro" Osier-Mixon has been an open source professional since the early 1990s as a technical writer and occasional developer as well as community manager, program manager, and OSPO leader. His primary activities over the years have included the Yocto Project, Zephyr Project, GNU tools, BeagleBoard Foundation, and LF Energy, and he now works with RISC-V International. Jefro has been an active public speaker at open source oriented events since 2008 and has served on the program committee for the Embedded Linux Conference series since 2011.
